  A: You can collect cash, mobile app payments, or local bank transfers.  Please track donor names and donation amounts, then submit the total via PayPal, bank, or contact us to coordinate. 

  A: Yes! We welcome multilingual support. You can help by translating materials and spreading the word in your local language or culture.  Need help translating posters or captions? Just ask us! 

A: Yes! You can create your own sub-campaign through our main campaign on Zeffy. It only takes a few simple steps.

• Team Fundraising allows multiple people to contribute under one name (e.g., “Toronto Sangha” or “Team Vajra Light”). The total donations from all team members are grouped together.
• Solo Fundraising is just you managing and promoting your own personal lamp offering campaign.

A: Once we receive your donation, we will send you an email confirmation to acknowledge it.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, especially for bank transfers or cash submissions.

✅ You are also welcome to send us your transaction receipt via email or WhatsApp right after you make the transfer — this helps us verify and confirm your contribution more quickly.

 If you're using Zeffy and donors pay directly through your campaign link, your progress will be tracked automatically.
If not, you can manually enter donations on the platform.
